Impossible to get a quote from Elixi.

I have tried to apply for Medical Insurance from Elixi for a month now. The website application does not work. You can get a quote for the various plans and then you are required to fill in and submit a "Request A Callback" form. A mesage saying "Thank You! We will be in touch shortly" pos up on the website. An email is sent explaining all the benefits of medical insurance and asks you to "Click Here To Learn More". When you click on this link you are taken back to the Elixi website where you first started. You are asked to request a callback and find yourself in an endless loop. I have filled in the "Request A Callback" form at least ten times now, It is impossible to get an actual quote and purchase medical insurance from Elixi.

When I phone the contact number given on the website, which I have done five times now, I get through to a company called Cubix. On each occassion the consultant at Cubix has told me they will escalate my query and a salesperson will contact me. To date, I have not been contacted by Elixi.

How can an organisation do business if there is no way for new customers to purchase their product. Clearly there is something wrong with their IT.
