I was sold a lie by Elixi

When I took this insurance for my Dad, brother and nephew I specifically asked the who was assisting me that it covers hospital stay...she said yes it does. She omitted the fact that it's actually accident cover. To my surprise this morning I took my dad to hospital and we were told that he can't be admitted because it's an accidental cover..why would I take an accidental cover for a person over 60years? I am very angry because he had to be transferred to a public hospital and we all know the state of our hospitals. This insurance has ****med me, I would not recommend it to anyone. I am going to fight this, they will have to pull out the telephone conversations, because I know I wanted in a cover.
