I had an inquiry with regards to how I can claim for expenses exceeding the 100% tarrif
I had an inquiry with regards to how I can claim for expenses exceeding the 100% tarrif. I was assisted in a very polite and informative manner. The lady even went further to ensure that I got all the information that I needed. She then connected me to the department I needed to communicate with. When I got connected to the next department, the 1st lady who assisted me already informed the second lady as to what my inquiry was related to. The second lady even sent the documents before we spoke. This is a 5-star service. Thank you, ladies. I wish I had taken your names to give you the credit you so well deserve!!!
