Great Service

Elixi have been very understanding and helpful on settling gap cover claims. I had a surgery go wrong and thus had to claim multiple times - one for the deed and twice for the corrective surgery. Each time they settled, despite me feeling really bad about having to claim so much. The app is a little cumbersome and claims take a while to settle but things are eventually resolved.
