Good but I'm not happy anymore about the changes that has been made e.g to consult with your nurses and I prefer to visit my GP doctor

Please note that if you would like to see your doctor without first consulting with one of our online nurses, you can contact us and request a pre-authorization waiver to be added to your policy. This will allow you to go to your GP without needing to do an online consultation .
