Elixi medical insurance
I'm writing this review to express how stressed and frustrated I've been with Elixxi Medical Insurance (Unity Health). I had an online GP consultation and wasn't informed I'd be charged R1200 cash upfront because I was in a waiting period. Now, attorneys from Fourie Gronloh are constantly harassing me for payment, even threatening to serve summons and attach my assets over R1910. What's messed up is I wasn't told about the waiting period or that I'd be liable for costs. Considering leaving this insurance because of this poor treatment and will definitely warn colleagues to be cautious with Unity Health due to this experience.
