Elixi Gap Claim

My recent claim was handled Reasonably quickly and without red tape. I was called twice to confirm certain aspects of my Gap claim. Both times the personnel were efficient and courteous. My rating would have been higher except that i still have one outstanding claim that is dragging on indefinitely. There are some extenuating circumstances, however.
