Elder Abuse and bullying
Guilty of elderly abuse through the call centre. Bullying an 86 year old until they are in tears and have an angina attack to sign up for gap cover. Even though she said no so many times, they kept on calling and pressing for sign up. Disgusting behavior and morally reprehensible. A shame on your business.
