Delayed Lines of Communication
This company is full of educated *****sters that hide behind red tape, be warned. I sent an email to the company on the 26/03/2023 stating that I want to cancel my premium. These ****** deliberately called me 12 hours before they debit from my account only for them to approve my cancelation on the same day when I paid their premium!!
Theirs nothing I can do now to get my money back but for the next one to go through this to make sure you understand everything.
