I was injured yesrerday the 3rd of September 2022, I went to open at the police station that's where they accompanied me to nearest hospital. Garden City Hospital where I told my medical insurance doesn't include hospital cover. I then called an emergency service department for Elixi and they didn't explain that I am not insured to spend that night at a private hospital,instead they called RE 24 to transfer me to Helen Joseph hospital and I got the most terrifying experience where I was left to sleep in a bench at the reception waiting to see a doctor the next morning...
I am so disappointed to the extend that I really need to know regarding the medical plan that I took at what does it cover....
