Claim’s rejected ( maternity program)

I would definitely not recommend Elixi to anyone. I registered for the maternity program and got authorisation for gynae consultations and scans yet they did not pay even a cent for all my doctor’s visit. The claims were all rejected, they did not pay even for the blood tests😡. I had to pay every damn cent from my own pocket. I’ve been paying so much money for this insurance, I am on the black plan. What makes me more angry is the fact that i hardly use the insurance but I make sure to pay for every month but when they have to do their work, there are problems 😡😡. I regret the day I joined this insurance and all the money I’ve spent every month trusting them with my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ELIXI!!!!!!!….. rather try other health insurance companies I’m sure they are much better than this. I’m cancelling this damn thing….A TOTAL ****!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
