Useless

Absolutely useless. When I am signed on as an admin, I don't have the admin features that they keep referring me to. If I say it's not there, they say the accountholder needs to elevate my permissions. The account holder has left the country, and they say that they will only send communications to the registrars address. Their phone number just rings. Working for an ISP myself, I do not know how they can call themselves a "Service Provider" as there is no service to be found.
