Elitehost Ripping me money
l have been with elite host for about 6 months and their service has not been bad, only when l registered my last domain and hosting with them, l paid an amount of R160.00 instead of R161.74 and under my account it showed that i had a balance of R1.74 the following day l added a R50.00 to my account to settle the R1.74 but it never reflected under my account, l asked what happened with the invoice that showed a balance of R1.74 they began to tell me the money was added on ivoices that were due. l dont know whay they want me to pay for things or services that l dont owe them, they want me to pay for about 3 domains that expired long time ago. l sent an email to cancel for some of the services some while ago but l wonder how they cant go and check to all my tickets, l am dissapointed, l rather go back to Afrihost.

I have reviewed your account and see that 2 hosting accounts were not cancelled and continued to be invoiced. This was explained multiple times by our billing department: \The hosting accounts are separate and can remain active without the domain. These have to be specifically cancelled from the client area and are kept on our servers till we receive cancellation. This way we know to remove your data from our servers and stop invoicing for these services. The invoices for these services remain due till we receive cancellation.\"
