Poor Customer Service

<p>I did an online order, the dresses recieved where incorrect from my order, the online website does not give product codes for your order therefore you have no garuntee that the items on your order history are in fact the items you are purchasing, the owner of the business refuses to take responsibility for an incorrect order. They are now charging me again to post the incorrect order back to them! The dresses are made of a horrible hard curtain mesh and are not of any comfortable material, also the packing of the product is incorrect, packaging shows diffrent sizes to the size confirmed to me via the telephone conversation with the owner. Her telephone manners are non exsistant and she was very rude regarding the whole incorrect order from her store! She was non appologetic and had the attitud to blame me for the incorrect order delivered from her business!</p>
