Day light *******!!!

I purchased a jumpsuit from the site online for R325 to my horror when the item arrived it was hideous!!! The quality was cheap and just pathetic size was a joke! Anyway I returned the scary garment at my own cost. When my refund came the ******* had deducted R50 for delivery??? Why say free delivery if it will be deducted if I return the order??? All in all out of my R325 spent I only recovered R175 I feel ******! Word of advise to online shoppers STAY AWAY FROM ELITE OCCASIONS!!! in spreading the word a friend told me she also received a different item from what she ordered for her graduation outfit hence we decided to share the word! NEVER AGAIN!!!
