Worst Experience EVER!

Worst experience ever. Car went back several times. Bumper kept popping loose, number plate fell off, paintwork over repair area cracked within days, paint runs and clear coat flaking off. Eventually they started trying to shift the blame onto me and had me in tears. Been waiting for feedback for over 2 months now. Not a single call or message. Eventually an independent assessor was used and the root of the problem was spotted immediately. Car went in elsewhere and work was all redone in less than half the time! Parts line up and work is perfect now.
