Useless Elegant Square Panelbeaters and and FNB insurance

I’m highly disappointed to say the least with these panelbeaters. I don’t recommend them at all. They have been telling me week in week out my car is waiting for parts or rather a new one waiting for additional parts the insurance did not approve. It has been 4 months now my car is with them and they are not giving me a set date when they will complete the repairs. My insurance FNB is also useless, they don’t put pressure with them, they don’t follow up, they don’t see the need to complete my car. I have been incurring additional costs to ensure that I’m mobile and this is extremely stressful and tiring!!!! I want my car back today 23 August 2024. I don’t if it is not finished, I’ll find some other competent panelbeaters to finish the job!!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star, if there was a possibility of a negative 5 star, I’d choose that.
