Terrible service and seemingly deliberate delays to not start with repairs
Terrible service from these guys. They've had my car for over a month and when you follow up they give you the same feedback saying that they are waiting for parts. They made promises that parts will arrive two weeks ago, and when you follow up they ignore emails. Momentum approved this claim and gave them authorisation on 9 May, and still today they are apparently waiting for parts and don't seem bothered to give an indication of what is causing the delays.

06 Jun 2023, 11:23Hi Thabang, unfortunately the panel beater has no control over parts, the stock holding at suppliers or the delivery times thereof. This is very frustrating to the panel beater as well, we also would love to finish your vehicle and get it out so that we can get paid for the work, there is no deliberate action on our side and we commit to have your vehicle completed as soon as the parts arrive.
