Terrible Service

My vehicle has been with them since the end of October, siting additional parts required. Today I got a whatsapp message saying they are waiting for parts but when I called the supplier they said they had delivered the last order yesterday, on top of that the part delivered was the bumper. It makes no sense why they would order the bumper last since it was visibly damaged in the accident. Terrible service.
