Poor service by the workshop Elegant Square Panelbeaters.
My car has been with this company for a body work for the past 8 weeks and they are still working on them. The courtesy car that i was using for 60 days has expired and returned it. This place cannot give me a completion date on my vehicle and they cannot provide me with a car. It was recommended by my insurance which is Momentum. Now I am struggling to come to work because where I am staying there are no taxis. This place cannot provide me with car and I feel like this insurance is not doing enough to assist me.

Unfortunately the repairer has no control over the delivery of the parts and the courtesy vehicle is currently out but as soon as it returns we will contact you. 03 Nov 2021, 15:40What causes the delay of VW parts in level? Were these parts ordered abroad?? I need to go to work and do other home activities. How am I expected to do that without a vehicle?
