Poor communication, poor customer service
<div>I don't know where to begin explaining the frustration with these panel beaters. My vehicle was towed to them on the 11th Jan 2022. They confirmed they received parts on the 24th Feb. Since then I have been receiving the scripted message that the vehicle is in the panel-beating department. I have been making calls to them to get an ETA and each time I get 1 of the 2 answers over the phone: Unfortunately at this stage we cannot tell. We will call you back in 20 min. Red flag I explained to them that I live in Cape Town despite all these delays I would need to arrange my logistics. Having no clue makes it extremely difficult. Mind you I didn't have to tell my personal life problem to get update on my vehicle, just trying to be human. Fine, 4 days ago I sent my most recent communication by replying to the email which they sent for me to sign for the parts that would be fitted. No response. The email from them is said to come from ****. 2 days ago, I reached to my insure (iWYZE), they then phoned the panel beaters. Whilst we on the phone, they said they could not discuss the details of the progress. They said they would provide the details via email. Insure sent the email, i was copied in the email, its 2 days later, still no response, no explanation of why the vehicle is so delayed and provide timelines for this process. I would really like to understand why you guys are not transparent? why you intent to hide information from the rightful client ? why the delay? what are the timelines? there's no way that 3 months later you still have no idea of what work has been done or what work still needs to be done. Vehicle is: ******</div>
This is not helping honestly. I have heard this story from your repair centre. I even signed a document about parts that would be fitted, dated 24th February 2022.
The question I have here is; what is the ETA, when can I expect the vehicle to be ready? You have had this vehicle since January. Now is April, if it takes an entire quarter not being transparent, how long will it take to actually give me the actual timeline? This is not acceptable. Plus could you please respond to the email the insure has sent so that this is as transparent as possible.
Thank you, have a nice day.
