Nightmare service
I have been waiting for my car to be repaired and completed by these Panelbeaters since the 23rd March, they give no updates and if they do its the same update for a month. They never give u a straight answer. Asked them to send a picture of the car so I can see the repairs they claim to be doing and trust me none what so ever have been done. They just staged the photo after having to scream and shout just to receive a photo. Worst service I will never recommend this place to anyone if ur insurance takes ur car there fight tooth n nail for it to be removed from them.

Unfortunately the international shortage of motor vehicle parts has impacted the repair of vehicles nationwide. We are working hard to alleviate the issues surrounding the late supply of the parts needed to repair your vehicle but please be aware that the panel beater has no control over the delivery times from the suppliers. Unfortunately the panel beater can not finalize the repairs on your vehicle without those parts, but we have taken this up with the motor manufacturer who is the entity delaying your repairs and they will look into this for you and our client liaison team will keep you updated.
