Horrific Customer Experience!

I was refeŕred to Elegant Square Panelbeaters EL on the 30th of August 2021, and I regret ever having to encounter such an *********** company! My vehicle was professionally assessed and presented to these people just for a knick on the front registration plate panel. Obviously such a problem should have had a turnaround period of 2 to 3 weeks maximum. Regrettably this was not so, granted the benefit of doubt I bode my patience for a further fortnight without any word or cautionary correspondence from this company. On the first week of October I was told that the panel was being painted, fine....on the second week, I enquired as to the progress on my vehicle and was informed that my vehicle was in assembly and should be ready for collection on the 15th. Bear in mind that the courtesy car provided by Momentum had already lapsed, and I have had to hire transportation for the past 2 weeks out of my own pockets. On the 15th I went to, presumably, collect my car. To my horror and utter embarrassment I was told that I had arrived too early (@ about 10 o'clock?), I should while around and my vehicle would be available during the course of the day (they needed to clean and polish my car, I was told). To add insult to injury, I was humiliated and ridiculed for pitching to collect on that day as if I just went there without being told. Their demeanor was condescending, cold and uncaring. I left and returned a few hours later, I was devastated when they THEN told me that there was a problem with the headlight assemby! How? This detail did not feature in the initial assessment and, I certainly know my headlights were working when I gave them my vehicle. With that said, I have been given yet another story by this company and was told that the vehicle will be ready for collection sometime Next Week! There's something fishy with Elegant Square Panelbeaters.SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE! !
