Elegant Square Panelbeaters Poor Choice and Big Mistake!
Do not allow your insurer to send your vehicle to Elegant Square Panelbeaters. They request 50% of your excess so that they can lock you in. It has been 4 months since they ordered parts for my vehicle and the parts have still not arrived. They **** to my insurer when they informed us that the parts have arrived but upon inspection there is no progress on the repair of my vehicle. This is an institution that is prepared to be dishonest and manipulative in an effort to secure "business" for themselves. I regret ever allowing my vehicle to be repaired by Elegant Square Panelbeaters. They are unprofessional and lack integrity. I have the emails and correspondence to prove it!

As per your insurance you were to pay your excess amount in full before parts ordered, but we understand that times are tough and only requested half the amount of which the balance can be paid upon collection, this makes it easier on the pocket. Also, please note that once the excess amount is paid we can order the parts and wait for delivery. Unfortunately we have no control over the parts manufacturing, agent's warehouse stocks or delivery times. Once the parts arrive the panel beater can start the repair process. We understand that the repair process is very frustrating to clients but want to assure you that we have your best interest at heart by delivering a vehicle back to you that looks great and be able to do it in the shortest time possible.
