Elegant Square Panelbeaters EL the worst customer service ever received from a Panelbeater.

My Toyota Hilux has been with the Panelbeater since the beginning of July 2024 after the insurance approval. It is now October 2024, I still do not have the car. They indicated that the car would be out in September, it is now another month since then. The worst is they keep saying next week to keep one hopeful and while you are waiting then give you a totally different story from the one you were told the last time. Very poor service and inconsistent and ***** reporting about the actual stage of repairs. The way I had now become an annoyance to the lady responsible for updating us about the car she resorted to being rude whenever I asked and questioned the ***** and incongruent stories and timelines about the progress of the repairs. They do not upload the pictures to see progress on the MiWay system, overly promise and underdeliver.
