Disgusting and Pathetic Service

What a pathetic and unprofessional service. I took my car for a minor scratch, which took them more than a month to resolve. I went there surprisingly to check the status of my vehicle. They refused me access to the workshop. It was only started while I was there, the following day I was told that my car was done because I was putting pressure on them. Car hire was returned I had no car to travel to work and to take my children to school. They are a bunch of ****** who undermine people. They called me a babboon. I have a video of what happened there as I sat until late, they called their **** security to remove me form their premises as I was demanding my vehicle. I was not happy with my vehicle it ended up with two colours and scratches that were not there. I reported the matter to my Insurance. I refused to take my vehicle back to them as I do not trust them at all. I would not recommend that place to anybody.
