I have a complaint with the service I get from Legend Square Panel beaters there no update no follow up as my car sent for repairing ever since then they keep quite , I m always calling them and don't tell the truth what's going on in my car, I don't understand what kind of customer service they provide

this people is not communicating and they lie on the progress of the vehicle ,they confirmed that is waiting rear fender is on backorder which is a lie I go straight to the dealership @ Suzuki in East London Branch they confirmed that the rear fender is available in Johannesburg if I ' m placing the order it will take 2-3 days to deliver These people are not transparent at all. It is really frustrating the way they are doing . They don't care ,I don't understand why the insurance companies make use of this company they don't get the car repaired with agreed time and are not communicating what is turn around time? There is no way that 2 months later you still have no idea of what work has been done or what work needs to be done.

They are the worst nightmare
