Appalling Service - No Car Since 22 July Despite Paying R23k Excess - Elegant Square Panelbeaters East London & Iwyze

I am extremely disappointed with Iwyze insurance and their approved panel beater Elegant Square Panelbeaters in East London.

My car went to Elegant Square Panelbeaters on 22 July 2026 for accident repairs. Today is 15 September and NOTHING has been done.

I have already paid R23,000 of the R24,800 excess to Elegant Square Panelbeaters, yet my car is still sitting untouched. They keep lying that work has started when it hasn't.

I contacted Iwyze several times to intervene, but they did not follow up. They just gave me the number for Straight Through, who told me they only do assessments and don't deal with repairs. Iwyze knew this but still referred me there.

I have been without a vehicle for almost 2 months, I have paid almost the full excess, and I am getting zero support from my own insurer and their approved panel beater.

This is unacceptable service.
