Appalling service!

My vehicle has been with them for the past 2 months. Nothing has been done yet. Absolutely nothing! I call them every week, asking for progress and they always telling me, “The car is being worked on.”

Today I went to their yard and request pictures of the vehicle, it takes them almost an hour to take two pictures of them engine!! Mind you, that’s not even where the issue is. That just told me nothing had been done. They admitted to it.

The first excuse was that they were waiting for parts, and when I went there two weeks ago, they told me they had arrived and work has commenced. This was a lie. I get the today that they say the last batch of parts arrived yesterday. I’m sure this is a lie as well.

This is the worst service one could ever experience. I’m extremely disappointed.
