A Not so ELEGANT SQUARE.

YHOH! Where do I even begin to describe the horrible service, I am subjected to from these guys. The past couple of months have been excruciatingly painful to say this least. At first they will bombard you with daily updates on your car, on how they have ordered parts and awaiting delivery. LIES! They even convinced my insurance company (another horrible company that made my life a living hell!) that were on top of things and that I should be collecting my car by the 15th Sept. On the said 15th of Sept, only to be told they are still waiting for parts and they have started on paint job. All the while I have no other means of transportation because of the delay in delivery parts from suppliers. They then told me the car would be ready for collection on the 06th Oct, and of coz at this time I was GATVOL! I went to collect my car. And only to arrive at their premises, the car is STILL NOT READY, and they are still to order some parts. They blamed my insurance for not approving new order, and they just shifted blame to everyone but themselves. I asked them: "why did they wait from 19 Sept to 05 Oct to order the outstanding parts on POLO TSI, the most common car in SA?" they literally stood there with no answer. They then spat on my face by saying, "if they had a car available for me on Friday 06 Oct, they would have offered me courtesy car but unfortunately they've just ran out" and I must come back on the 11th Oct, my car will be ready. Today is the 11th, and they are waiting for parts which MAY BE DELIVERED today.

The frustration and inconvenienced this company is giving me anxiety...EVERYDAY! Right this very moment, I had to travel 2 hours for a 40 mins trip to work. Every minute I am suffering whilst this company is purposefully making my life a living hell!

I've never experienced such high level of incompetence and inconsideration.
