Poor service.

Absolutely pathetic, i ordered 2x inline cutoff valves which they advertized and IN STOCK. A 8mm and a 10mm size. Few days later they said your order is on its way. After 2 weeks i got a mail.... Sorry we do not have the 10mn in stock, can we send you 2x 8mm,so i agreed, a week later a mail again, sorry we do not have that in stock, can we send you..... I do not even know what they are talking about. So i cancel my whole order and they paid back my money. It is like you ordered a watch and 3 weeks later they what to send you a pair of sneakers instead. Pathetic... I made the mistake to ignore the warnings and give them the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake, please make them your absolute last choice in buying something.
