Poor service and quality from Electronic Pro

I bought a foldable Golf Hitting Cage Practice net on Bid or Buy through ElectronicPro, I purchased it as a gift, therefore I ordered it in advance (6 weeks early).

With the first hit of a golf ball the net tore. I rated the seller negative and send them e-mail communication. They responded via whats app informing me they never had any problems before of poor quality and requested me to change my negative rating because it is bad communication. They aren't even willing to inspect the product (when they do they will see it is out of the box). They also stopped replying on my last whats apps.
