Pathetic service delivery

I bought a battery charger from these people but its not charging my battery completely as this was urgent I ordered another from takealot. They asked me to take videos and show them whats happening and I did and they just wasting time saying that they didnt have a chance to look at my videos and using 2 hours of loading shedding as an excuse. As a service provider myself what you guys are doing is totally wrong wasting time just not to give my money back. You service delivery is pathetic. If you buy from these guys dont expect any customer satisfaction
