I ordered a generator controller on November 28, 2021 and was advised that it is on its way. To date I have not received the order and I got communication that they are following up with the courier and nothing has changed on the tracking platform. I am concerned that this platform has so many complaints and nothing has been done to stop this. There is an account number linked to this company but as others have said, no responses to chats, phone calls or even to Hello Peter. I am lodging a complaint with the consumer commission as I will need my money back or the ordered item.
