No ****, just very slow.

I bought transmitters on the 12th of December 2023. The items were delivered on 16 Jan 2024. Since the items were (eventually) delivered, the company is not a ****. On their website, the time of delivery was estimated to be between 14 and 18 working days. Because it was over Christmas and New Year, I can understand that it took a bit longer. I read all the reviews and I honestly thought that I had been ****med. I can, however, say that the telephone number on the website does not work and most of my emails were not answered. My best guess is that this is a drop shipping company that orders from China or elsewhere when you place your order. They then have to wait for the product to arrive, something that they have no control over. Maybe that is the reason that they do not answer queries. If you are in a hurry, do not order from them. The parcel arrived as a big surprise, unannounced. Communication is non existent.
