Electronic Pro - *****ulent company with no working contact details

On 25 Nov 2023, I ordered a tea infuser from Electronic Pro. The product which was delivered on 29 Nov was not what I ordered and does not resemble the item described or photographed on the website.

My subsequent emails requesting to return the item & get a refund have gone unanswered. The telephone number listed on the website does not work. There is no physical address listed on the website of FB site or on the invoice, so returns can not be made.

The lack of response to emails, lack of a working phone number, and lack of a physical address suggest that this is a *****ulent company. Please do not purchase items from this company. You will be wasting your money and time.
