Electronic Pro as unreliable as Reliable Stores?

More than half a year ago I ordered a batch of Zener diodes from Reliable Stores and paid for it including the cost of delivery. The storing may be reliable, but their delivery isn't, as I'm still awaiting same. On the 12th of March I ordered a batch of LED's from Electronic Pro Cape and I'm afraid this order is going in the same direction. They did send a confirmation email telling me that my order was received and paid for, and that they would follow up with an email as soon as it was packed. Never received such email. In fact, when I click on the button "Track Order" on said email I still get the following message: "Order ***1 "Thank you, Harm! "Your order is confirmed "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." On the website it tells me orders may take 12-25 business days to get delivered... So I'm concerned this order is going the same route as the one from Reliable Stores. And putting a dent in my trust in electronic component shops in general.
