Sales consultant confirmed mid January they have a product in stock, made the payment, query 14 days later when it will be delivered got an e-mail back that the product is now out of stock, the said they will refund, i send bank details its been almost 3 weeks now i e-mailed and tried calling them with no reply neither does the contact details work .cant get hold of anyone to assist.

Thanks Electronic Pro refunded me on the product that was out of stock, maybe in future have valid contact details or consultants that reply to messages then steps like this would not be necessary.
