VERY BAD SERVICE

Ecn came to our offices and sold us a system saying they are better than telkom and that would never have cable theft problems EVER if we put in a voip line, after a huge amount of money we installed it, we have been without lines for about 3 weeks because our lines are ******..Yesterday lines came back on and today they are off again, phoned the call center just so that someone can tell me they don't know why the lines are down. Subscription alone on a voip is a R1000.00 and this is the service we are getting...You guys are pathetic to say the least
