MTN insurance (***)

<p>MTN insurance promised to send a letter of approval for me to go and collect a new phone. I made 3 long telephone calls (+\_ 18 min long) and they promised that the letter will be sent before close of business (13 Sep). It is an inconvenience that I don't have a phone and I planned to go collect the fone yesterday and the letter was never sent.</p>
