Bad client service

Very dissapointed with the client service. Bought a television that has 12 month guarantee. Television didn't even make it to 3 months. Screen is full of lines. Took it back and I have been waiting for 20 days now. Full of excuses. Doesn't want to refund or supply with new television. Keeps telling us we should wait until Friday.
