Dishonest and Unprofessional Service
Dishonest operations — 3 months to get my phone back, taken apart. I would strongly advise against using Electro Hub in Corkwood Mall, Uitenhage. I took my phone in for repair and experienced nothing but dishonest and ************ service from start to finish. My phone was taken apart and I was left waiting for over three months to get it back. There was no proper communication throughout this process, and the way my device was handled showed a complete disregard for customers and their property. Phones hold more than just data, they hold memories of loved ones, photos, messages, and irreplaceable moments. If you value that, I would urge you to think twice before trusting this business with your device. My experience left me feeling let down and disrespected. I would not recommend Electro Hub to anyone and will not be returning. Disappointing and unprofessional
