Terrible Service!!!

<p>My car was towed to Eldan Auto Body on June 3rd 2016. It is already almost the end of July and I still don't have my vehicle. Every time I call they have another excuse. Basically they blame Toyota and say they do not get the parts. It is a brand new 2016 model, so I am not sure how parts are so difficult to come by??? I have now even contacted Toyota SA to complain why they do not have parts for a new vehicle. i feel that the people at Eldan Auto Body have been tardy in ordering the parts etc. There was also no mechanical repairs needed except for the replacement of a wheel, so I can't understand why they are taking almost 2 months to repair my vehicle</p>
