LOST A PART THAT COVER THE DOOR OF MY CAR

I was involved in a car accident and my insurance sent me a message to take my car to Eldan auto. They started repairing my car on 19 January 2016.<br> Jerry and Steven who are overseeing the repairs of my car promised that my car would be ready more than 10 days ago.. On 18 February they informed me that my car failed a paint test it had to be repainted and will be ready by Friday 26 February. On Friday they sent me a message that it underwent polishing and when I called they told me I cannot get my car because they lost some\ molds\" and they ordered them , to get information I had to call them and they keep telling me things. I wonder if they now what they are doing. How can someone loose or misplace a part of a car on site and the company finds it acceptable? to the point that it will take another two weeks to finish repair. "
