ELDAN AUTOBODY: Turnaround time flop

Kirsten from Eldan Autobody really made my experience with the company sour.

From the day my car was booked in for repairs, I had an sms stating that he will be in touch with me throughout the way. - Not done.

I also have a web link to indicate stages my car is taken to, with option to contact repairer. I sent messages for follow up, yet again, I was never responded to till I made a physical phone call.

To add to these woes: 1. My car repair Stage/status has been on "Reassembly" for days, despite receiving notification that delivery was for past Friday (30/08/19). 2. The status was only changed when I called again today (04/09/19) and complained about the issue. 3. I called yesterday afternoon, after being told that I will be notified of status in the morning to collect my car, only to be told the car will be ready on this day (04/09). However, I never received any call till I made a call again at 2:14pm to be told, the car is staged for detailing and may be ready around 11am the next day.

The inconvinience I have felt here is obsurd. The brushing off from the gentleman after I explained my frustration is infuriating. I honestly feel I got a raw deal in this regard.
