Unprofessional and failing to Deliver

Hi

I am very very disappointed by the level of service received from Elda Panelbeaters (Pty) Ltd Polokwane.

You appointed them and you said they are you partners and were assigned to fix my Vehicle., Since my claim was approved on 24 February 2020 Elda Panelbeaters (Pty) Ltd Polokwane has not done with the repairs even today, I have been to the Workshop 3 times already and they did not even touch the car. I spoke to the manager on Monday he cant even give me a date that I can come and collect the car, I called Him again today he still cant tell me when can the car be ready, what kind of Company are they running if they don’t have a plan on the projects they are busy with, project have begin date and end date even today I don’t even know when am I going to get my car this is unprofessional and unaccepted.

And Im sure they not treating their white folks the same, just because Im black they just delay my repairs even if they get paid, I did not know I was gonna receive such unprofessional treatment with this Elda Panelbeaters (Pty) Ltd Polokwane otherwise I was going to take another option and git my car somewhere else.

I really cannot recommend clients to this unprofessional Elda Panelbeaters (Pty) Ltd Polokwane.

I let unprofessional Elda Panelbeaters (Pty) Ltd Polokwane do repais on my car Because Miway told me to take it there cos they are partners.
