1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Service
I would give 0 stars if HelloPeter allowed it. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from this panel beater. My vehicle has now been with them for more than a month and three weeks, and I still do not have my car back. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that the panel beater conducted an assessment of my vehicle, after which the repairs were submitted to my insurance and the insurance approved the repairs. At that stage, I expected the necessary parts and repairs to have been properly identified and planned for. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After the insurance approval, I was informed that additional parts were still required, parts that should have been identified during the initial assessment. This has resulted in further delays and has left me without my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time. It is extremely frustrating that a vehicle can be assessed, the repairs approved by insurance, and yet more than a month and three weeks later the vehicle is still not back in my possession. The lack of proper planning, communication and time management has caused significant inconvenience. I understand that certain repairs can take time and that parts may occasionally be delayed, but failing to identify all the required parts during the initial assessment and only addressing these issues later is simply unacceptable. A customer should not have to continuously wait, follow up and wonder when their vehicle will finally be completed after the repairs have already been approved. I would strongly recommend that management review this company's repair and assessment process, as well as how customers are kept informed about delays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this panel beater. The service has been extremely disappointing, and if HelloPeter allowed me to give 0 stars, I would.

Worst service ever, our vehicle has been standing by them for more than 4 months now, each time the same excuse! Parts have been ordered but are on back order, luckily our insurance followed up, only to find that they have been lying to us the entire time! NO WORK DONE ON OUR VEHICLE AND NO PARTS SOURCED FOR OUR VEHICLE ! **** TO THE ENTIRE TIME
