Defective workmanship on the car

My car was booked in at Elda panelbeaters on the 28th of July 2017 for paint work, windscreen replacement and dents. Then bumper, and fenders were meant to be painted and the roof top fixed for dents. When I received my car on the 19th of August 2017, it came full of defects, the paint work was bad on the bumper and fenders. The bumper was improperly assembled and one could see in the engine compartment through the main lights. The car was cleaned poorly and things were removed and thrown around in the car. I am very dissatisfied with the service as well as ELDA panelbeaters never gave any feedback regarding the status of my car and I had to call them regularly. I have made several attempts to get my issues resolved (through numerous e-mails) but I have not had any joy. I would strongly not recommend any person to take their vehicle there as the customer service and workmanship is very poor.
