Southern Sun Elangeni / Tsogo Sun Bad Service and Hygiene

Worst experience ever! I paid around R3500 for two nights after my discounts. The bed was supposed to be queen size and the room was supposed to be modern atleast for the price paid. Firstly, I was **** to saying it was queen size when in fact they are double beds. I was then **** to again with the second room and just gave up. I got room 1202 which was just shocking. Too tired to complain, I complained the next morning. They then gave me room 1910. Absolutely shocking. No aircons worked in either room, neither could the windows open in 1910. The bathrooms were so old and stained that it was disgusting. I have stayed and supported Tsogo Sun / Southern Sun hotels for as long as I can remember. Elangeni has deteriorated so badly that I dont think that I will ever book with them again.
