Poor Reception

Customer service at reception on my arrival for check in on the 24 July was pathetic. When I emailed their customer service asking for confirmation of booking and my room number they sent me the information which had details of room 1 booked. On my arrival the assistant was very rude and demanded my identity document. The booking was done online by my partner in the states and there was no present your ID document requirement stated in the confirmation. The person was very arrogant and rude in speech trying very hard not to let me enjoy my stay.
